Super-gross salary (superhruba mzda)
A historical tax base that included employer insurance, abolished in 2021.
The super-gross salary was the tax base used until the end of 2020: the gross salary increased by the employer's social and health insurance. Since 2021 income tax is calculated directly from the gross salary, which is why net pay rose for most employees.
