s.r.o. (limited liability company)
The most common form of business company in Czechia.
A limited liability company (spolecnost s rucenim omezenym) is a legal entity whose members are liable for the company's debts only up to the amount of their unpaid contribution. The minimum registered capital is 1 CZK (since 2014). It is founded by notarial deed and entered in the Commercial Register.
